CHAPTER ELEVEN

Dressed in black jeans, a black tee, and black Yeezy sneakers, Thug sauntered slowly toward his prey. His adrenaline pumped through his body with anticipation of making yet another pig suffer. Officer Gruden was busy feasting on donuts and coffee from Winchell's. He was happy that he wasn’t assigned a partner for the day, but today would be the day he indeed needed protection.

Gruden never saw Thug approaching, so he was caught with his pants down literally. Before he could reach for his pistol, Thug sent a bullet to the side of his head, leaving his brains splattered all over the patrol car's windshield. Officer Gruden’s head rested on the window panel while Thug smirked remorselessly. Gruden’s eyes were wide open, and it looked as if he were watching Thug.

No face, no case.

Thug thought, adjusting the ski mask he wore tightly. He walked off without a care in the world, satisfied with yet another cop killing. Normally, this tactic was traditional, but today he blamed it on Kiss. She had him so infuriated that killing was his way of relieving his stress.

She hadn't answered her phone, been to work, nor replied to the many texts he had sent. He didn't know the chick from a can of paint, and she had him bugging. In Thug's eyes, she wasn't supposed to let a bitch like Lola run her off. It was like she had tested his gangsta as if he wouldn’t protect her.

Granted, they barely knew one another, but Thug really liked Kiss and would go against any bitch that tarnished her. He wanted her to understand that she could trust him, but she wasn’t giving him a chance to show her. He assumed that going off on a bitch he knew before her would be enough to convince her, but Kiss turned her back on the whole situation.

Thug spent his days in such a rage because he knew he wasn’t supposed to have these feelings. Thanks to Jizzy who was constantly in his ear about how cool Kiss was, how pretty she looked, how thick she was, and much more. Everything that Jizzy contested was true, and after spending the day with her, it confirmed that.

Thug hadn't smiled in years, but Kiss brightened up his day with being herself. Thug knew he was a complete asshole, and this was the reason he kept that wall up against the world. He now felt like he showed signs of weakness because he got too comfortable in her company.

Jizzy: She’s here!

Thug had received the text he had been waiting for, so instead of heading home to get changed, he headed to the shop. When he pulled up, he parked his car right in front and bounced out to storm inside. Thug bypassed Lola, who stood in the lobby speaking with a customer. Since the day it all went down, they hadn’t said shit to one another, although Lola blew up his text.

“So you decided to finally bring yo’ ass back to work.” Thugs voice blared, making Kiss stop to look up at his huge frame.
